Indiana running back Khobie Martin, who suffered a broken forearm in the season opener, was available but did not play in the Hoosiers' 13-6 overtime victory against Michigan on Saturday.
Martin, who had 505 rushing yards and six touchdowns in 2025, remained on the sideline Saturday as Turbo Richard and Lee Beebe Jr. got all the work out of the backfield. The No. 6 Hoosiers entered the game leading the Big Ten with 1,401 rushing yards, averaging 200.1 per game.
Richard leads the conference with 643 rushing yards (6 TDs), while Beebe is third with 575 yards (4 TDs).
Meanwhile, Indiana quarterback Josh Hoover had no injury designation ahead of Saturday's game despite spending time in the injury tent during last week's loss to Ohio State.
Backup quarterback Grant Wilson, a seventh-year senior, had been prepared to go if Hoover was unable to get through the game, sources told ESPN.
Michigan freshman quarterback Tommy Carr made his first start after replacing Bryce Underwood.
