News: 2 days agoSykes finished with 18 points (5-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 8-9 FT), eight rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block across 33 minutes in Wednesday's 86-73 win over Seattle.
Spin: Sykes was more productive on the scoring end Wednesday after finishing with 14 points in Friday's 68-65 loss to Washington. However, she continued to have trouble shooting the ball. Through the first two games of the 2026 campaign, the 32-year-old has gone 9-for-32 from the field while failing to make any of her seven tries from behind the three-point line. That said, Sykes historically hasn't been the most accurate shooter, although her numbers should improve as the season progresses.
