FC Cincinnati is on to the semifinals of the U.S. Open Cup after beating Miami FC 1-0 in a match that was rescheduled from July due to torrential rains in Florida.
Djiby Fall turned in the only goal of the match, poking home from close range in the 68th minute from a Justin Hoyle assist to give his team the 1-0 lead.
The visitors advance to face the New York Red Bulls in the last four to become the first non-MLS semifinalist since the 2011 Richmond Kickers.
