It's full time here at Atlanta Stadium and another late show by Argentina sees them beat England 2-1 and reach Sunday's World Cup final! After a low-key and cagey first half, the second burst into life in the 55th minute when Gordon smashed the Three Lions ahead after being picked out by Rogers' pinpoint delivery. Argentina turned the screw after falling behind, and Mac Allister saw a thumping header crash off the inside of the post. But Argentina got themselves level in the 85th minute when Fernandez, who had just seen a shot tipped over the crossbar, bent in a brilliant finish from distance. However, there was to be more late drama. Messi was once again the architect, this time crossing for Fernandez to head home and complete another dramatic World Cup turnaround for Scaloni's side at this year's finals. Argentina will feel they are deserved victors, given they registered an expected goals (xG) total of 1.84 from their 15 attempts to England's tally of 0.53 from just five shots. Argentina will advance for the chance to defend their title at New York New Jersey Stadium on Sunday, with Spain awaiting in what will pit Messi against Yamal for the first time. England once again try and pump a long ball into the box but Emiliano Martinez does brillianlty to come and collect when challenged by O'Reilly and Burn. The referee gives a foul against the goalkeeper and that is surely England's World Cup over.
Another needless flashpoint between the two sides erupts as Bellingham brings down Messi deep in his own half. Argentina now looking to slow the game right down and hold on for the win, while England look to try and muster up a miracle.
Pickford's long ball over the top misses every single England forward and Emiliano Martinez collects and falls to the floor and will take his time with getting the play restarted. England need a hero, but will anyone step forward?
Rashford is also thrown on in the England attack for the impressive Spence, who should not be on the losing side today. He has been immense.
A final throw of the dice from Tuchel as he looks to save England. Toney comes on for his first appearance at this World Cup and replaces Stones.

Moments after Mac Allister had hit the post with a drive from just outside the box, Argentina take the lead through super sub Martinez! Messi collects the loose ball and chips a delicious cross onto the head of Martinez who heads beyond Pickford and breaks England hearts! Argentina find a way. That is what champions do! The fourth official has indicated there will be a minimum of NINE additional minutes at the end of the second half. Can someone from either team make themselves a hero late on here?
Tuchel's decision to try and see the game out by bringing on defensive reinforcements could come back to bite him, with England now inviting the pressure on from Argentina for the final minutes of normal time. Stones is now down with an injury, but looks okay to continue after treatment.
And of course, it is Messi with yet another assist. There were replays to see if he was offside, but the Argentina captain was in the correct position and helps his team find another late goal at this World Cup! He has now scored or assisted in 11 consecutive World Cup appearances, extending the longest-ever run by a player on record since 1966.

ANOTHER SAVE FROM PICKFORD! Fernandez again tries his luck from distance, but Pickford does not take the risk and tips the ball over the crossbar. Corner for Argentina.
Messi looks to send another dangerous ball into the box, but the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner overhits his delivery and Pickford allows it to go out for a goal kick. A real pressure reliever for England, that!
Rice is also off having struggled with injuries and illness in the lead up to their clash against Norway, but Tuchel will want to keep him fresh should England make it to the final. O'Reilly is on in his place and is in midfield.
James goes down and looks okay to carry on, but Tuchel is taking no chances. The towering presence of Burn is added into England's defence to try and defend the barrage of Argentina balls that will come into the box.
Scaloni makes another change, and it really is all guns blazing here for the defending champions. Lautaro Martinez, who scored in Argentina's extra-time win against Switzerland, is on for Tagliafico.
We're into the final 10 minutes here and at this moment in time, England are heading to Sunday's World Cup final! But, can they hold on?
GONZALEZ HEADS JUST WIDE! England are hanging on! Messi is again given time and space to clip the ball over the top and he finds Gonzalez, but his header narrowly evades the right post. The offside flag was up, but the replay showed he may have been onside!
OFF THE POST FROM MAC ALLISTER! De Paul, with his first involvement of the match, sends a sensational ball into the box and it finds the head of Mac Allister, but even with Pickford left stranded, his header cannons against the left post!
Both sets of players are now back out on the pitch and the action is back underway!
Tuchel also decides to make his first change of the match, and it looks to be a change in shape. Goalscorer Gordon is off for Konsa, who goes into the centre of defence, with Spence and James now in the wing-back positions.
Molina also makes way, having been at fault for England's opener after losing Gordon. Montiel, the scorer of Argentina's winning penalty in the 2022 World Cup final, is on in his place.
