It's all over at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and it's another hugely disappointing result for Spurs, who have now lost their opening two Premier League games of the season by an aggregate score of 5-0. They played well enough in the first half - they just lacked a bit of a cutting edge in the final third. Newcastle were always a danger on the counterattack and they went ahead when Elanga found the bottom-left corner after Dedic knocked down an excellent pass from debutant Gonzalez for him. The Magpies added another through Wissa's improvised finish, and Spurs never looked like recovering despite mustering 17 shots with an expected goals (xG) value of 1.04. Newcastle, meanwhile, managed to find the net with their only two shots on target and an overall xG of just 0.75. Elanga is now the first player to score in Newcastle's opening two games of a season since club legend Alan Shearer in 2003-04! There's plenty of work to do for De Zerbi, with a trip to Nottingham Forest to come next weekend. Newcastle, meanwhile, are up against Bournemouth next. Thanks a lot for joining us! IMPORTANT CLEARANCE FROM HALL! Marmoush releases Udogie with an excellent pass to the byline on the left side of the box. The defender picks out Solanke, who diverts the ball towards goal with his trailing leg. It looks set to roll into the bottom corner, but Hall is on hand to clear it away.
Good job from Kinsky, rushing off his line and getting to the ball first after Barnes put a heavy touch on Ramsey's lofted throughball.
There will be a minimum of four added minutes.
Newcastle seem content to sit back and try to see this out. They've got every player back inside their own final third and are just looking to make sure they win every cross that comes into the box.
BIG CHANCE FOR SPURS! Botman fails to clear the ball under pressure from Fernandes and the midfielder gets his head up and picks out Marmoush in the box. The striker looks to guide a volley back across goal and into the bottom corner, but Hornicek gets down to it and maintains his clean sheet.
Moore skips in from the left and produces a shot that sails high and wide of the target. Tottenham haven't managed to force Hornicek into another save since Van Hecke's header in the 37th minute.
Woltemade should've done better! He's played in behind but gets the ball stuck under his feet, and that gives Van Hecke enough time to get back in position and deny the Newcastle striker a one-on-one opportunity against Kinsky.
Elanga, the other goalscorer, is replaced by Murphy too.
Ramsey replaces goalscorer Wissa for the final 10 minutes or so.
Kudus does well to wriggle past Hall and get a cross into the box that's blocked behind for a corner. He takes it quickly but Botman is on hand to head away the danger for Newcastle.
Botman receives a yellow card for an aggressive challenge on Kudus just in front of the dugouts. There's a bit of pushing and shoving afterwards but Spurs don't want to waste too much time.
Kudus gets on the ball on the right again and creates some room up against Hall in order to get a cross in. He completely overhits it, though, and it goes out of play for a goal-kick.
There are huge cheers from the Newcastle fans as Tonali is taken off by Spurs. Solanke is sent on in his stead.
Woltemade has only been on the pitch a few moments and he's played a key role in a goal that could wrap up the three points for Newcastle.
GOOOOOAAAAAL! WISSA HOOKS IN A BRILLIANT FINISH! IT'S 2-0 TO NEWCASTLE! Hall sends a corner to the back post, where it is knocked down by Woltemade. Wissa has his back to goal but manages to help the ball on with an acrobatic touch that completely catches Kinsky out!
Gonzalez has had an impressive debut for Newcastle, but it comes to an end with Steur taking his place in midfield.
Willock makes way for Woltemade, who Jaissle will no doubt hope can help them hold up the ball in the Spurs half.
GOOD EFFORT! Kudus has already added some energy to the Spurs attack and his blocked cross falls kindly for Porro. He sets himself and lashes a shot at goal that Hornicek helps on its way over the top.
There are huge cheers for Kudus, who comes on to make his first Premier League appearance since January.
Robertson, who was impressive in the first half, is replaced by Udogie.
Gray makes way for Moore, which will likely see Porro drop back to right-back.
