Referee Sam Barrott brings an end to a hectic London derby as Palace run out 3-2 winners at Craven Cottage. In truth, Fulham will be shocked not to walk away with the three points themselves, given the number of chances they had across the game, but are forced to settle for a third consecutive Premier League defeat under new manager Alvaro Arbeloa. King got the hosts going on 11 minutes when he slotted home with his left from inside the box, before Mitchell equalised for Palace on the 35-minute mark. Fulham rallied to retake the lead before the break, though, when Palacios fired home his first goal for the club from close range. Still, Palace were undeterred and equalised once again through Mitchell after scrappy defending from the home side. Fulham responded well, though, and looked destined to grab a winner after creating chance after chance in the second half. Henderson had to work hard to deny Palacios and Bobb, while Muniz also squandered a golden chance late on. And yet it wasn't to be for the hosts, as Chilwell rose for Palace on his first game since rejoining the club to fire home a winner on the volley in the 77th minute. Unsurprisingly, Fulham recorded the higher xG, putting up 3.13 to Palace's 1.97, and the hosts now look to a difficult trip at Liverpool next weekend. ANOTHER CHANCE GOES BEGGING FOR FULHAM!! The hosts have had more than enough opportunities to salvage a point today, if not win the game. This time it's Bassey who launches the ball into the box, finding the head of Garcia. Muniz then gets a slight touch before it makes its way through to Larsson at the back post, but the latter can only scuff the ball into the hands of Henderson. Larsson HAS to be doing better there.
Wow, that is so poor from Sessegnon. He initially does well to win his side a corner down the left, but somehow kicks the ball out of play when he steps up to take it and Palace are awarded a goal-kick. Palace will be delighted, but the home fans are furious.
There will be FOUR minutes of stoppage time. Still plenty of time for a late twist...

GOLDEN CHANCE FOR MUNIZ!! Fulham continue to chase a late equaliser as Iwobi frees King down the right. The latter then plays the ball back across to Muniz, but the Brazilian is unable to hit the target with his right foot, and the ball sails over the crossbar.
FULHAM GO CLOSE!! Henderson is called into action to deny Muniz, who latched onto a tame Sessegnon shot in the box. The ball then falls back to Sessegnon, but he's unable to fire it inside the near post with his right foot, and can only find the side-netting. More frustration for the hosts.
Chilwell has now scored in each of his two Premier League appearances for Crystal Palace, against Fulham today and in his last game of his previous spell in May 2025. The defender scored against Wolves that day.
All of a sudden, it's Palace who look threatening as Kamada briefly finds himself through on goal. It comes from Andersen failing to read the flight of the ball, allowing Strand Larsen to nod Kamada through. Bassey recovers well to stop the latter in his tracks, though, before the linesman's flag goes up for offside against the Japan international.
Fulham bring off Iwobi, who is replaced by Muniz.
Fulham look incredibly promising in attack, but they're far too clumsy at the back. That will continue to be a huge thorn in their side this season if they don't tighten up.
All three of Palace's goals have been scored by left wing-backs. The visitors have barely got forward in the second half, yet somehow find themselves ahead with nine minutes of normal time remaining.

WOW!! PALACE ARE SOMEHOW IN FRONT!! Chilwell marks his debut with a goal after more scrappy defending by Fulham. The move starts with a lovely through ball from Yeremy Pino, who finds Khalaili in the Fulham box. The latter then rounds Henderson but loses his footing, before Andersen gets across to block Kamada's follow-up effort. The ball then falls kindly to Chilwell, who volleys it home with his left foot. Fulham have now had 25 touches in the Palace box since the break. That's five times the amount the away side have had in theirs (five). Palace have offered absolutely nothing so far in this second half.
Palace goalscorer Mitchell is also replaced by Chilwell, who's coming on for the first game of his second spell with the club.

The home side threaten again as Berge finds Iwobi out on the left. The latter then crosses towards Bobb, but he loses his footing at the crucial moment and drags the ball a few yards wide. Another chance goes begging for Fulham.
Iwobi wins a corner down the left as Richards turns the ball behind. Iwobi then steps up to take it, but is forced to watch as Henderson punches the ball clear before Fulham are penalised for a foul in the box.
