News: 3 days agoThe Seahawks signed Henderson to the practice squad Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Spin: The Seahawks waived Henderson on Sunday, and the rookie sixth-round pick out of Kansas was surprisingly able to clear waivers and has once again signed with the Super Bowl champs. Henderson had a strong preseason, catching four of his six targets for 65 yards and adding 88 return yards on four returns over three games.

ESPN Fantasy Projection: Henderson was selected by the Seahawks in the sixth round of April's draft. Henderson is a thin receiver with small hands who has experience playing inside and out (career 38% slot rate). A converted running back, Henderson was limited to five catches in three seasons at Alabama prior to making a leap to a 45-766-5 receiving line (22% target share) in his lone season at Kansas. Henderson was cut in late August and will attempt to work his way back onto an active roster.
