News: 4 days agoSmith reverted to Pittsburgh's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Spin: Smith played 41 of the Steelers' 79 offensive snaps in their 26-19 overtime win at Tampa Bay on Sunday, good for third on the team at wide receiver behind DK Metcalf (75) and Germie Bernard (74). With that said, he did not draw any targets, and his only impact on the box score in Week 6 was a tackle in kick coverage. Whether he's back with the active roster in Week 7 could depend on the status of Ben Skowronek (calf).
