ESPN Fantasy Projection: Moss was released by Cincinnati in July. The veteran back opened last season as the Bengals' lead back, playing 63% of the snaps and handling 12.1 touches per game. That helped him to three 14-plus point fantasy outings during Weeks 1-4, but he then started losing work to Chase Brown before going down with a season-ending neck injury in Week 8. Brown dominated the work and played at a high level from that point forward, which, along with the neck injury, made Moss expendable. The 27-year-old is a capable rusher and receiver, so perhaps he'll end up back on the fantasy radar down the road.
