Richard Franklin, of Atlanta, sporting Harlem Globetrotter shorts and colors, on the floor of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans during the NBA All-Star team practice session. Dressed as a Globetrotter, Franklin says that he travels the world to go to events such as the All-Star Game in costume. "I'm basically single; I get bored real fast," he says.
