With the men's and women's finals set at Roland-Garros, the 2026 French Open has not turned out how almost anyone would have envisioned it at the start. Overwhelming men's pre-tournament favorite Jannik Sinner (-300) is no longer playing, nor are women's pre-tournament favorites Aryna Sabalenka (+250), Iga Swiatek (+275), Coco Gauff (+650) and Elena Rybakina (+650).

Instead, Mirra Andreeva, who came into the festivities with the fifth-shortest odds at +900, is a huge -450 favorite over Maja Chwalinska (+335) in the women's French Open final. The unheralded Chwalinska came into the tournament as a 400-1 underdog to win it all.

Alexander Zverev opened as a -370 favorite to defeat Flavio Cobolli in the men's French Open final but quickly shortened to -400; Cobolli opened at +250 and lengthened to +275. Zverev was the second favorite to Sinner before the tournament, but at an extremely distant 12-1, while Cobolli came into the fray at 100-1.
