Spin: Kindel was cleared to fly back to Pittsburgh on Wednesday and is receiving treatment locally, Josh Yohe of The Athletic reports. While he won't be an option for the Penguins' next two games as a result, it could certainly be longer, as the club will take a cautious approach to his return to play.
